Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms & Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and ezspin1 ("Platform", "us"). Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account with ezspin1. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you agree to:

ezspin1 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to keep their login information secure.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

ezspin1 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

The arbitration decision is final and binding on all parties. No party may bring a dispute before a civil court except to enforce the arbitration decision.

Account Suspension and Termination

ezspin1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice should any of the following occur:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Abuse of the bonus system or use of multiple accounts.
• Use of unauthorised software or methods to influence game outcomes.
• Provision of false information during registration or the identity verification process.

If your account is terminated for valid reasons under this clause, ezspin1 reserves the right to withhold any balance in that account depending on the circumstances of the termination. Players whose accounts are terminated for technical or administrative reasons will be contacted by our support team for an appropriate resolution.
